DVD #2: Yang Long Form Moves Plus Tai Chi Demonstrations and Interviews

Teaches additional movements from the Yang Style long form eliminated by Cheng Man-ch’ing in the 1930s. Tricia Yu learned this form in Taiwan in 1970, and teaches silently, the way she learned it. Insert these moves after Lady Weaves the Shuttles and before the final Snake Slides Down. The additional moves include Part Horse’s Mane, Needle at Sea Bottom, Spread Arms like a Fan, Turn and Strike Opponent with Fist, High Pat on a Horse, Hit the Tiger, Box Opponent’s Ears, and White Snake Puts out Tongue.
