This 2-day course reviews the Tai Chi Fundamentals® Adapted Program (TCFA) Basic Moves: Optional Side Support, Walker & Seated versions and teaches all three versions of the TCF Short Form. Includes partner teaching practicums and training in: attention and focus, posture and breath awareness, and physical relaxation. TCFA is an adaptable, accessible program for learning tai chi. Suitable for individuals with a wide range of abilities. Features applications for wellness and rehabilitation. All program elements can be modified to accommodate individual needs and interests.
