Welcome to Tai Chi Prime, the newest Tai Chi Fundamentals® program based on Yang Style tai chi. Research has shown that Tai Chi Prime participants significantly improved leg strength, balance, mobility, cognitive function and balance confidence... in only 12 classes!  The National Council on Aging certified Tai Chi Prime as an Evidence-Based Falls Prevention Program and we proudly display the ACL (Administration for Community Living) logo on the left. 

Regular home practice is key to the success of this program.
