DESCRIPTION:Dear Tai Chi Fundamentals® (TCF) Program Certified Instructors\, \n\n\n\nJoin us at our VIRTUAL TCF Certified Instructor Retreat. SAVE THE DATE:  May 21-23\, 2021. For retreat details see PDF below. \nTCF CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR RETREAT\n \nDates: May 21 (Friday) PM – May 23 (Sunday) PM\nOpportunities: Receive instruction on Basic Moves and the Original and Adapted TCF Forms. Teach TCF Form moves in our feedback/discussion groups. Learn and discuss strategies for tai chi training and techniques for teaching online. Practice Everyday Qigong and the Fab Four. Party! Fun and talent show on Saturday night! Bring your instruments and party supplies. 12 WPTA contact hours; keeps certification current for the next two years.\nInstructors:  Patricia Culotti\, Tricia Yu\, Kelly Rehder\, Lori Enloe\, Kristi Rietz\, Rachel Sandretto\, and other Advanced Certified Instructors \nNote: This event is a Tai Chi Fundamentals® Certified Instructor Retreat only. Information about Cheng Man-ch’ing and Advanced Certification options TBA. \nCertification Update \nLast year Tai Chi Health paused contact hour requirements for maintaining certification out of concern for the wellbeing of our community. Given the ongoing circumstance\, this year we offer 6 or 12 contact-hour options through virtual training. This is an ideal opportunity to fulfill requirements for keeping your certification current\, or for applying to renew lapsed recertification. Attend our entire 12-hour Instructor Retreat to keep your certification current for two years. Or you can attend the 6-hour Saturday option and take a virtual Intensive at another time. We hope these options help you sustain your study and your practice and let you connect with our tai chi community. In 2022 we plan to resume our in-person retreats to ensure everyone receives the best training possible. \n\n\nLate Fees & Refunds \n\nThe deadline to register is April 30\, after which a $30 late fee will apply. Full refunds are available through May 10\, 2021\, less a $40 administrative fee.
