This 2-day Tai Chi Fundamentals® (TCF) Level One-Two Adapted Program training Course is ideal for anyone wishing to learn Tai Chi basics, standing, with walker support and seated, deepen their practice, learn the essentials of Qi Gong energy cultivation and/or become a beginning-level Tai Chi instructor. TCF professional courses are uniquely designed to integrate evidence-based practice with a holistic frame of reference. They provide health care practitioners with tools to apply Tai Chi in your professional practice. The Level One-Two course teaches you to perform basic movements of Tai Chi in a motor development progression, and to apply Tai Chi as an assessment and intervention tool. It integrates clinical overview, movement analysis, therapeutic and functional applications of Tai Chi and Includes an introduction to The ROM Dance® Range of Motion and Relaxation Program. Combines lecture, movement labs, Qi Gong training, biomechanics, applications and how to document this program for insurance reimbursement. Qualifies as partial contact hours fulfillment for TCF Instructor Certification.
